Our founder, Michael Freilich, has 30 years of Federal civil rights experience, including national level leadership at various agencies including the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. He has led national teams on the policy and compliance sides, as well as a number of detail appointments with as Regional Administrator Special Assistant, Acting Regional Deputy Airports Division Manager, and Acting Deputy Assistant Administrator for Civil Rights. Since 2020, he has worked as a consultant to small, national, and international companies.
